Caroline Maguire is an internationally recognized ADHD coach, educator, speaker, and author whose work focuses on something deeply human: friendship, belonging, and the hidden pain of loneliness.
For more than two decades, Caroline has helped children, teens, adults, parents, and educators understand why connection can feel so hard β especially for neurodivergent individuals who may struggle with social cues, rejection sensitivity, overthinking, or feeling misunderstood.
As a person with ADHD herself, Caroline brings both expertise and lived experience to this work. She is the author of Why Will No One Play with Me? and her newest book, Friendship Skills for Neurodivergent Adults.
Caroline joins us to talk about what traditional social advice often misses, why so many capable people still feel disconnected, and why friendship is not just a personal issue β itβs a leadership issue. Because how we connect, listen, include, and create belonging shapes the way we lead, work, parent, and build community.
